These unique, glazed ceramics are created in Mike Swaney’s Barcelona studio. He is no stranger to the medium of clay, yet this is the first time he has ventured into the realm of plant pots. Calling them “Plant Lingerie”, Swaney eludes to the sensual nature of plant life and perhaps the need to dress them accordingly, with lace-like forms that twist and turn around their root systems.
